...it would be nice to have animated instructions. Also there should a side plank exercise that includes both sides -> 2x30 seconds.
We all know the moves, its quick and yes a good app. Just dont expect much. I would recommend Gorilla workout.
I thought this app was going to be unrealiatic, but I have to say in those 7 minutes you sweat like in a 30 minute workout! Great for after Cardio and as a quick workout routine to keep yourself Active.. Will try daily and increase reps. Try it!
Great, quick workout. Surprised how much Im sweating after it. Great to take on the road! It would be even better if there was another workout you could switch between.
Im seventy-two. Retired, I lead a sedentary life. This app is great for being a quick yet effective way to keep those muscles working.
I just wish there could be a little more explanation of the routines: graphics are good but some words in the INFO section would be better. Pitfalls; things to watch out for etc.
Some bad moments
NY Times had a free version that offered every bit as much as this one. I expected more illustration and verbally telling the exercise coming next at the beginning of the rest period, not when it starts!
Crashes on opening. Just blinks then back to home screen, and wont open.
Very simplistic and easy to use, but it may be to simplistic. I think there should be more detailed instructions on how to do each exercise properly to ensure that you are getting the maximum benefit from each exercise.
Also we you are listening to your music the voice prompts are too low and the non visual aspect should be improved. There should be an announcement of the next exercise.
Update: Missing alternate side plank, and demonstrations would be nice and next exercise announcement.
This is a great app to fit in a great strength and cardio workout. Do multiple times through if you have more time or just do the 7 minutes before your shower. It makes a difference!
The instructions on this arent as good as videos on the free app. It doesnt rotate on my iPod screen.
